RULES-REGULATIONS-ELIGIBILITY-DISCLAIMERS: This contest is open only to new and potential clients of Robert Valdes who have a wedding coming up in 2012 or beyond. Current or past clients of Robert Valdes are ineligible. Each submission must have an active, valid wedding website somewhere on the Internet that describes the couple and the wedding. Your wedding website contents will be one of the deciding factors in us choosing the winner of this contest. The winner of this contest MUST be an active bride or groom who is currently planning a wedding in the SF Bay Area for the calendar year of 2012, or beyond. Robert Valdes reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time and award no prize. The FREE Engagement shoot time and location will be decided by Robert Valdes based on his current schedule. The Engagement shoot will be during the days of Monday through Thursday and will be done somewhere in Marin County, CA. Robert Valdes reserves the right to use the name, likeness and images of the winning contestants for promotional, advertising and/or any other purposes he deems proper. The winning contestant must accept and do the shoot at Robert’s request, otherwise that contestant will forfeit the price to the next contestant. If the client is unable to make the shoot at the time and place designated by Robert, another contestant will be chosen. There is no monetary value to this prize. The prize is non transferable and non negotiable. If the prize is not redeemed within 10 days of notification [including not being available at the time and place dictated by Robert] the winner will forfeit the prize. Entering this contest in no way shape or form gives any legal rights to services of any kind by the entrant. The winner of this contest will receive a free 20 min, outdoor engagement shoot at the location of Robert’s choice in Marin County. The images will be posted on a website of Robert’s choosing for browsing by the winner and by the public. Prints and/or images on cd will be made available to the winner for an additional cost. All entrants hereby holds harmless and indemnify Robert Valdes Photography from any acts of any kind and hereby waives his or her right to mediation or suit in a court of law.
